DreamHome GAMEROOMS offers a range of delivery and installation services to ensure your gaming and entertainment equipment arrives safely and is set up to perfection.
Please note the following important information:
Complimentary White Glove Service: Certain items come with complimentary White Glove Service. Please refer to the item description for details. If your item does not include this service, you may select the upgrade option. DreamHome GAMEROOMS will contact you to provide the fee if it's not listed for your item. You'll have the choice to remove the upgrade service from your final total upon contact, or it will be automatically removed within 72 hours if no response is received.
Responsibility for Packaging Inspection: Unless you're receiving White Glove Delivery and Installation, you are wholly responsible for inspecting your delivery packaging and noting any damages on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so will result in any claims being denied. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

White Glove Delivery & Installation (no-touch servicing)
White Glove Delivery and Installation (no-touch servicing):
- Delivery: Your item is shipped directly to and delivered by the Installer. They will inspect the packaging to ensure your item is free of damages and contact you directly to schedule installation.
- Placement: The installer will place the item in your desired location. Additional charges may apply for obstacles such as staircases or entering through windows or basements, etc.
- Installation: Your item will be professionally installed by our experienced team.
- Debris: Any debris will be taken away by the installer.
- Fee: Will be provided during order processing. You'll have the choice to remove the upgrade service from your final total upon contact, or it will be automatically removed within 72 hours if no response is received.

Premium Delivery & Installation
Premium Delivery & Installation:
- Delivery: Your item is delivered by the Carrier and placed inside the threshold (garage or front door). You must be present to inspect the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Placement: Our installer will retrieve the item at your location and place it in the room of your choice, with additional charges for obstacles.
- Installation: Professional installation is included.
- Debris: Debris remains with you.
- Fee: Will be provided during order processing. You'll have the choice to remove the upgrade service from your final total upon contact, or it will be automatically removed within 72 hours if no response is received.

Professional Installation:
- Delivery: The Carrier delivers the item, and you must be present to inspect the packaging for any damage.
- Placement: You are responsible for getting the item to the room of choice, with additional charges if the installer has to move the table to the installation room. Additional charges will apply for obstacles.
- Installation: Our team will professionally install the item for you.
- Debris: Debris remains with you.
- Fee: Will be provided during order processing. You'll have the choice to remove the upgrade service from your final total upon contact, or it will be automatically removed within 72 hours if no response is received.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery: Applies to most items offered by DreamHome GAMEROOMS.
- Delivery: The Carrier delivers the item, and you must be present to inspect the packaging for any damage.
- Placement: You are responsible for getting the item to the delivery location, with the option for the Carrier to place it inside the threshold of the garage or front door, although this is not guaranteed.
- Installation: Buyer is responsible for installation, which may void your warranty if not done professionally.
- Debris: Debris remains with you.
- Fee: Standard Deliver is complimentary on most items. Should a fee apply, it will be provided during order processing. You'll have the choice to remove the upgrade service from your final total upon contact, or it will be automatically removed within 72 hours if no response is received.
