Upholding the highest standards of quality and service, our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy ensures clarity and fairness in every transaction. Here's what you need to know:
Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
Unforeseen change of plans? No worries! At DreamHome GAMEROOMS, we understand that circumstances can shift. Cancel your order any time before it ships, completely free of charge (exceptions apply, such as custom/personalized orders, BTO/MTO order, detailed below). Orders are generally shipped within the first 24-72 hours of placing an order. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7 business days of the cancellation date.
Should you need to cancel an order, contact us during business hours at 818.252.9232 or via email at returns@dreamhomegamerooms.com, and we'll do our best to ensure your order is cancelled before your item leaves the warehouse.
Custom and BTO/MTO Orders
Custom/Personalized items are crafted to your specifications, and Made-To-Order (MTO) and Built-To-Order (BTO) orders are manufactured only at your request. These order types cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We commit to delivering these tailored pieces exactly as requested.
Your Responsibility - Package Inspection and Damage Reporting
Upon delivery, carefully inspect your package(s) for damage. If any issues arise, document them with accompanying photos and notify us within 24 hours. Note that notification must be received within 24 hours of delivery. Your swift action allows us to promptly address concerns. Also, be sure to note any damages on the delivery receipt. If needed, we will initiate an insurance claim promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't quite fit into your environment as envisioned. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Please note, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Shipping fees (which includes fees incurred by DreamHome GAMEROOM on initial outgoing shipments) are the responsibility of the buyer throughout any return or exchange processes. A restocking fee may also be incurred and is typically around 25%.
Warranty
Rest assured, our products are backed by robust warranty policies. If issues arise, refer to individual product pages for warranty details and reach out to us for support.
Refunds
While we aim for perfection, we understand situations may call for refunds. You are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees, with exceptions outlined on product pages. Refunds are processed within 7 business days once items are received in good condition.
Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to accurately depict a product's color on our website. But what you see on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product you receive due to variances in your screen's settings and resolution. You agree to purchase the item based on appearance as shown and described. Returns are not allowed based on color or buyer's remorse.
BOGO Promotions
For Buy One Get One promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund (minus shipping fees). Partial returns result in store credit or replacement value, subject to manufacturer policies. Please see individual product pages for details.
Shipping Times
We strive to deliver promptly. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly. Items that are made/built-to-order or that can be customized/personalized have extended manufacturing and delivery windows, generally 4-8 weeks.
Installation and Extended Warranty
Coordinate installation and extended warranty claims directly. While we provide assistance where possible, the responsibility lies with the buyer to ensure proper handling. Ensure you have fully documented the condition of your item before installation or repair begins. DreamHome GAMEROOMS is not liable for any damage, improper installation, or faulty repairs conducted by the buyer, installer, or warrantor.
Right To Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Chargebacks
