Shipping Locations
Presently, we exclusively ship to the Continental US (lower 48). Kindly revisit for any potential updates to this shipping policy.
Right To Refuse and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated seriously, as we're committed to resolving issues swiftly and fairly. We're here to assist with any concerns.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, anticipate a prompt confirmation email indicating successful receipt and pre-authorization of your credit card. Our fulfillment process begins immediately upon order receipt.
Shipping Times
We strive to deliver promptly. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly. Items that are made/built-to-order or that can be customized/personalized have extended manufacturing and delivery windows, generally 4-8 weeks.
Order Shipment
Expect tracking information within 24 hours of your order departing our warehouse, sent to the email provided at checkout. Should tracking not arrive within six business days, reach out to us at CareTeam@dreamhomegamerooms.com for assistance.
SHIPPING DELAYS & FEES
Please note: Customers must be available to receive deliveries to avoid incurring fees. Deliveries cannot be approved by minors.
We advise against delaying delivery of orders from DreamHome GAMEROOMS. If you require a specific delivery date, coordinate with us prior to shipping to avoid potential return and storage fees.
If You Refuse Or Are Unavailable For Delivery:
- Returned items will incur cancellation fees upon refund issuance.
- Custom items are non-returnable, and you are responsible for associated costs.
- Storage and additional shipping fees apply for rescheduled deliveries.
If Shipping Delays Are Caused by the Carrier:
- Freight delivery dates and times are estimates; delays may occur.
- You are not financially liable for delays beyond your or our control.
- In rare cases of loss or misplacement, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Reroute Fees:
- Ensure the accuracy of your order details before confirmation.
- Order updates before shipping incur no additional cost.
- Post-shipping changes may result in reroute fees billed to you the customer by the carrier.
Your Responsibility - Package Inspection and Damage Reporting:
Upon delivery, carefully inspect your package(s) for damage. If any issues arise, document them with accompanying photos and notify us within 24 hours. Note that notification must be received within 24 hours of delivery. Your swift action allows us to promptly address concerns. Also, be sure to note any damages on the delivery receipt. If needed, we will initiate an insurance claim promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping Insurance
When you shop with DreamHome GAMEROOMS, your order automatically includes our shipping insurance. If your purchase is damaged while in transit – and you follow our "Package Inspection and Damage Reporting" policy above – the supplier may provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Failure to note any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt forfeits your shipping insurance. Retain the damaged item until further instructions are provided; disposing of it before then waives your insurance protection.
We prioritize expediting insurance claims to ensure a swift resolution. Upon claim approval, you'll receive a refund minus two-way shipping charges reimbursed by the shipping company. If the claim is denied, regrettably, we cannot issue a refund.
Return Shipping Fees
In most cases, returning an item entails covering outgoing and return shipping costs, as shipping fees are non-refundable for color, preference, size, or any form of buyer’s remorse. Please see our full policy here.
